How long will it take me to receive my order?

Purity produces fresh products made to order. Processing time for orders is 1-5 business days (Monday - Friday). Business days do not include weekends, public, and federal holidays. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days. You will receive an email or SMS update upon shipping and delivery of your item. During holidays and restocks, shipping times are subject to change.

 

What is the Return Policy?

The ingredients used by Purity Skincare are hand-picked and all products are hand-made fresh for you. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances of Covid-19 there is a no return/exchange policy. Double check shipping address to ensure your items get sent to the right address. 

 

Can I modify my order once it has already been placed?

My package was never delivered, what do I do? 

Please double check your order confirmation and ensure that you've entered the correct address. If your address is incorrect, send us an email at info@puritysc.com 

•We need to be notified within 48 hours of missed delivery to assist you.

 

What do I do if I received my package but it is damaged?

If your product was damaged during transit, please submit proof of damage via e-mail (info@puritysc.com) within 48 hours of receipt to receive a replacement.

 

Who can use Purity Skincare’s’ products and what skin type do they need to have?

Purity Skincare can be used by anyone who desires clear, hydrated and glowing skin. Our unique set of hand-picked ingredients provides individuals with all skin types a handmade product that suites their everyday needs. 

 


The following guidelines should be considered before using any Purity Skincare products. Purity Skincare products contain all natural ingredients, which may cause sensitivity for certain individuals. If you have allergies, please check the ingredients list before use. If sensitivity or irritation occurs from use of any Purity Skincare product after the two month purge period, discontinue use immediately. If you are uncertain about possible sensitivity or allergy, always do a patch test before use or consult your healthcare professional.
